1. About Selluxe Club

Selluxe Club is a free-to-play social casino for entertainment only. Every game is played with virtual chips. Selluxe Club does not offer real-money gambling, sweepstakes, contests with real prizes, or any way to win money or anything of value.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 18, or the minimum age required for social casino games where you live if that is higher. You are responsible for making sure your use of the site is legal where you are. If social casino games are not allowed where you live, do not use the site.

3. Virtual chips and cards

Chips and Card Rips cards are free, have no monetary value, and are licensed to you for use on the site only. You cannot buy them, and they can never be cashed out, redeemed, or exchanged for money, gift cards, prizes, or anything else of value. Chips and cards can move between players only through features built into the site, such as Pack Battles and the Market. Buying, selling, or trading chips, cards, player names, or saves for real money or anything of value, on or off the site, is not allowed. We may reset balances, cards, or progress at any time, including to fix errors or stop misuse.

3a. Optional accounts

You can sign in with Google or Apple to save your progress and play on other devices. Accounts are optional and free. Keep access to your Google or Apple account secure; anyone who can sign in to it can use your Selluxe Club progress. We may close accounts that break these terms.

4. Card Rips

All cards are original, fictional digital collectibles created by Selluxe Club. They are not real trading cards and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any card game, sports league, team, or player. Any resemblance to a real person's name is a coincidence. The odds for every card are shown before you open a pack.

5. Not real-money gambling

Practice or success at social casino games does not mean you will have success at real-money gambling. Game results are produced by a cryptographically secure random number generator in your browser; live Pack Battles are rolled on our server. Each game shows its return-to-player (RTP) rate.

6. Player names and conduct

Player names are built from preset word lists so nobody can post personal or offensive text. Don't try to impersonate another player or get around this. We may change or remove a name, or limit access to online features, if we believe these terms have been broken.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use bots, scripts, or other automated tools; don't interfere with the site or its servers; and don't exploit bugs. If you find a bug, please tell us at support@selluxeclub.com.

8. Changes to the site

We may add, change, pause, or remove any game or feature, including online features, at any time.

9. Our content and other trademarks

The site's games, card designs, artwork, and text belong to Selluxe Club. Generic game names describe how a game is played. Any third-party names or trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe a style of game; their use does not mean any affiliation or endorsement.

10. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for the loss of chips, cards, or progress, arising from your use of the site.

12. Responsible play

13. Changes to these terms and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. Questions go to support@selluxeclub.com.

The short version

Accounts are optional, and we never take payments. We don't ask for your name, we don't sell or share your information, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Stored on your device

Your chip balance, cards, play history, VIP progress, settings, and a random device key are saved in your browser's local storage. You can erase them at any time with the button below or by clearing your browser data.

Stored on our servers (online features)

When you use the online features, we store the following on our hosting provider's servers:

• Your auto-generated player name and avatar colour, plus a scrambled (hashed) copy of your device key so nobody else can use your name.
• Cards you pull and bets you place (game, bet and payout), shown with your player name in the Live pulls, Live bets, and weekly leaderboards.
• Your Pack Battles, Market listings, tournament points, profile showcase and stats, and any chips waiting for you to collect.
• If you use Save progress, a copy of your game data, kept under the save code you were given.

Public feeds only keep the most recent entries, and leaderboards reset weekly. We use this information only to run these features.

Optional sign-in

You can play without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, they send us a sign-in token that confirms who you are. We keep only a scrambled (hashed) version of your Google or Apple user ID, your player name and your saved game progress. We don't receive your password and we don't store your email address or real name. You can sign out, or delete your account and its saved progress, from the person icon at the top of the page.

Hosting and fonts

Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and to keep the site running. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

Your choices

To delete data saved on this device, use the button below. To ask us to delete your player name, feed entries, or a cloud save from our servers, email support@selluxeclub.com with your player name or save code. Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights, such as access or deletion; contact us and we'll help.

Children

The site is for adults 18 and over and is not directed to children. If we learn that a child has used an online feature, we will delete the related data.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Privacy questions go to support@selluxeclub.com.

Delete your data

This button permanently erases your balance, cards, history, VIP progress, and settings from this device and resets your balance to the 100,000-chip start.
